We support the families of currently serving Canadian Armed Forces members at our pilot bases. Tell us what you're facing and we'll confirm the right program.
Who Qualifies

Is this for my family?

Families of currently serving CAF members
Spouses, partners, and dependants
Connected to one of our four pilot bases
Petawawa · Borden · Cold Lake · Halifax
You'll confirm your status just once.
For your first application, we'll need proof of status and relationship: a CFOne card or MPRR, or a signed statement from the serving member for partners not formally recognized. Not required every time; we may re-confirm every year or two

No. Support is donor-funded — there's no fee to apply or to receive help.

Submit anyway. Let us know on the form and we'll help you find what's needed — it won't hold up your request.

We review your request, confirm eligibility once, then arrange support directly with you or your provider.
