We fill gaps - we don't replace what should exist

Every program we run addresses a documented need the current system isn't meeting for military families. If government steps in to fund and deliver these supports directly, we'll consider that a success; we'll wind the program down and redirect our resources to the gaps that remain. The goal was never to build a permanent parallel system. The goal is for military families to get what they need.
